Love the Lord your God with every inch of your being…which makes it possible to love those you just don’t want to love, some who are closest to you. Paraphrased Luke 10:27  

With our world sinking all around us we are looking for a quick, all-encompassing fix. We long for normal, but human normal has never been that great. Human normal took us to where we are today. We have trouble envisioning what it means to love one another. Some of us can’t envision it at all because of how we grew up and who we grew up with.

So how do we do this thing called God’s love? It is everything that Christians are called to, all that we are identified by, and something we know next to nothing about. We fail at it so often that we think it is unattainable and will only happen after we die. This is an epic Christian disconnect. It is what nagged at my soul most of my Christian walk. How do you love those closest to you, let alone those who want to destroy you? Because it is suppose to flow from us.

I would truly underestimate the commitment I needed to make.

Last week, I looked into those Christian Afghan faces and knew they understood their commitment to Jesus. It cost them everything. Americans must almost manufacture that kind of intense devotion. And yet God is near to all of us and will draw nearer to those who want more. The problem is our wanter. As Dallas Willard use to say, “Your system is perfectly designed to yield the result you are getting.” In spiritual terms, we want to play Chopin without ever practicing the piano. We want to run a marathon without training. We want to respond lovingly without anger, impatience, selfishness, and a long list of other automated responses that are imbedded deeply within each of us. Our level of commitment leads directly to our results. I am not talking about behavior modification. This is entering into the deepest cooperative effort the Lord has ever devised. If we want the mind of Christ, we must learn how the heavenly mind thinks. I promise you, it isn’t anything like the way we think. The kind of love most of us exude is just a nicer earthly version, though weighted down with manipulation, resentment, and impatience. We can show goodness in limited quantities and then we fail. But we have a series of excuses and justifications.

Being transformed so that we can see into every corner of our being requires we begin to understand God and His kingdom and pursue Him every day, be willing to die to our kingdom, and desire every bit of the Lord’s thoughts that our finite minds can contain.

Our world has become enamored with the love of unknown thousands, hurting in distant places. We are to have this vague caring that extends to every corner of the earth. Believing we love the world, is illusory and deceptive… something God never asked of us. He asks us to do something painfully measurable. He asks us to love Him, and He will teach us how to love those in front of us, our true neighbors. For the disciples it was leaning to love their little group of Jesus followers, for the Samaritan it was the broken man on the road, for most of us it is our family and household, those we work with, and those we might see every day. We don’t need to find people projects. God has surrounded us with people that need evidence of God in their lives. This is definable love because it often involves the very people who have hurt us most. If we did this just for our families, this world would be an entirely different place.

If you ask me what it looks like to love my neighbor, I have to tell you it changes every day. When we open that door, God begins to fill us with His thoughts as we pursue the mind of Christ… and it is nothing like the way we see life. He is taking us by the hand and bringing us into His kingdom. He is growing us and breaking us so that He might remake us like Him. Modern Christians don’t think of becoming Christlike as requiring concentrated effort. We have come to believe that if we go to a great worship service, hear a great message, hang out with other Christians, and study our Bible we will be miraculously changed. There is truth in that because salvation alone changes our entire perspective… we were literally dead and then we become spiritually alive… but then there are the truly deeper waters of our faith… where we work out our salvation with fear and trembling. It is a never-ending task. Loving God and loving those who stand right in our path involves every other part of our spiritual life. It requires discipline to gain the mind of Christ, but it is the most valuable thing any of us can find.

• I submit and obey to experience my hidden rebellion,

• I study to fill myself up with the revelation of God,

• I live in simplicity to find God is my everything,

• In solitude and silence, I search for His thoughts,

• In giving and service, I begin to understand His sacrifice

• And in gratitude I see He has always been with me.

God will change us. We just have to want it.

We have started to read together. Plus, when he naps with me and the dogs, it must include trucks and helicopters and things.

Ivermectin - not just for Horses

This morning I read another non medical, nonscientific article from a nationally recognized news source about how ivermectin is not for humans, and only for animal parasites, used only for hogs and horses and the like. And it has never been thought of as an antiviral. So only people without common sense would use the same drug used for animals. Obviously this author has no animals because there are numerous drugs used in both animals and humans. The dosage is the problem and must be adjusted.

I realize this article contained partial truth. But the tenor of this article was to make sure the reader understood that only stupid people used this drug for Covid. Ivermectin is one of the most widely used drugs in Africa for humans. We don’t have to measure it from a tube made for horses because we have tablets made for humans and given to humans for human diseases, and these aren’t stupid humans although Africans are often ignored as being able to contribute anything useful to this pandemic. For example, starvation lockdowns don’t work against Covid, social distancing is an inappropriate mandate for those who must survive in Third World countries, and malaria, TB, HIV, and Hep B have not slowed their death march and amazingly climb when the entirety of medical care is focused on Covid. We use ivermectin because we don’t have ventilators, we don’t have ICU’s, we don’t have oxygen, and we don’t have the luxury of waiting to treat when those things are necessary. Actually, everything little man Fauci recommends or mandates has worsened life for those in Third World countries. We’ve decided after 18 months of curing by killing through starvation… this truly is the plan.

Now for some antiviral science on ivermectin, truly a human medication, and approved by the FDA, for whatever that’s worth. People wouldn’t use the veterinary ivermectin if they were allowed to use the tablets, like in Uganda. Shaming just makes people mad, and is not how you win people to your argument.

And So It Begins

And so it begins.

I live under a completely despotic regime, with military roaming the streets ….and yet, as of now, I do not face the loss of medical treatment as is happening to the not so free people of the United States. Currently, I will not take the AstraZeneca injection, nor it’s Chinese alternative … and neither will most people in the US or Europe because they have low effectiveness rates and high side effect profiles. However, in the US the loss of very real freedoms is starting to happen based on hatred for the unvaxxed. It is very likely that they will soon have to use an identification stripe when in public.

Never have doctors, nurses, or lab technicians refused treatment for drug addiction, alcoholism, morbid obesity, tobacco addiction… and just stupidity and no common sense over daily health decisions. Almost 75% of patients seen by doctors are noncompliant with their medical care and even their children’s health. But now we have many who feel the unvaxxed should be refused healthcare. They should also be refused healthcare coverage. (Why would you need coverage if you aren’t allowed to be seen?)

To mandate that the nonvaxxed must test frequently and then deny them the test is the perfect catch 22. Eventually, people will not be allowed to work, shop, travel, go to school, or leave their homes without proof of vaccinations. (I suggest a yellow star since it worked well before.)

Just as in Australia, when someone had an unauthorized sneeze while alone in an elevator, the non vaxxed will be reported as the number one enemy of the state and a manhunt will ensue. Australia use to be a democracy just as the US use to be a democracy,but they have returned to their penal colony roots.

The ACLU determined recently that the refusal of vaccines is not a civil liberty. According to them you have no rights. Even if you have full immunity and are a lesser threat than a vaccinated person, you can be medically, socially, professionally, and personally threatened with extinction.

If it isn’t about having full T-cell immunity, which the nanotech injection can never achieve, but a natural infection does, then it ceases to be about safety, it ceases to be about health, it has everything to do with contempt and the complete control of humans they personally disdain for a host of other reasons.

Do not think I have gotten off Scott free by living in Uganda. Less than 1% of the population has been injected. (And as in the rest of the world, far fewer than that have had Covid). Ugandans have been vaccine experiments many times before and paid a deadly price. However they have never been starved to death at the hands of the western world and Fauci et. al. We are looking at another starvation lockdown if we don’t comply. Ugandans are used to starvation. They have practiced all of their lives. It appears they won’t be manipulated. It appears they are more freedom loving than many Americans.

We not only have social media censoring Americans who have concerns about the pandemic, we now have the full weight of the Biden White House collecting names with the help of FB. Two of the largest and most powerful entities in the US are joining forces to censor and likely bring action against people who have had questions and brought to light information purposely hidden from the public.

I can’t say that I am surprised. We seem to be on the path to utter annihilation of free speech and the freedom to disagree. We were warned almost 250 years ago by our founders that our own government would eventually gain enough power as to want to limit ours. It is the basis of the need for the Second Amendment. We are only as free as our ability to fight for it.

Lockdown Order

Uganda is back in lockdown. Schools and churches have been ordered to close for at least 45-60 days. Masks at all times. Curfews in force.

Suddenly everyone dying in hospitals are dying of COVID.

Museveni is disconnected from his own people, enticed by globalist money, forcing his population to take the AstraZeneca Vaccine, though there is an extremely limited supply. He continues to ignore that millions are starving while in lockdown…“I have everything I need and do fine without all the running around. There is no reason you won’t do fine too.”

Zero to Lightspeed

This morning I awoke to the news that there are suddenly 1,083 new cases of COVID which is a sudden resurgence of almost 1,083 new cases since February. We went from zero to lightspeed overnight in order to justify another lockdown. They say there has even been a new death this week, also the first in 3.5 months. We leapt from 334 deaths to suddenly 335 in just 24 hours.

Unfortunately for the Ugandan government, average Ugandans have never known of anyone dying from COVID. They personally know many who suffered and died from lockdown, which is the ultimate cure for Third World COVID.

Under normal epidemiological circumstances the whole world should be suspicious, but this is the new science, new rules, and new rule makers. In fact, it is a whole new world.

In another bizarre twist, we also have thousands of Ugandans who can suddenly afford to pay for a test that they could never afford in the past. This would race right past most Americans, but for those of us on the ground we are fully aware the COVID test is monetarily out of the reach of 95% of the people here. So where did all these new cases come from? Certainly, they must be among the wealthiest and hygienically safest in all of sub-Saharan Africa. Only 1 death…

So now, we are facing new headlines that COVID is overwhelming Uganda, and a lockdown is imminent. We are in a replay of last year except for one thing… instead of masks, social distancing, hand sanitizers, and fear of being shot or caned if found outside after curfew, a new addition is the vaccine. We all saw this coming. Even Ugandans prognosticated that a situation would arise where everyone would need to be vaccinated and especially now the children. And there are not 1.5 children per household like in the west. There are 4-5 children per hovel.

The vaccine shares the exact same problem as the COVID test. It is not free. It is not even cheap. While the EU gets the AstraZeneca vaccine at $2.16, and South Africa gets it for $5.25, Ugandans must pay $17. As what happens so often in the Third World countries, those least able to pay are made to pay the most. The vaccine costs more than many Ugandans pay for food in a week. If you have many children, it could mean no food for a month.

But the push is on. The vaccine is now being forced on people already starving, and they will need to decide between their children eating or taking an experimental immunological trigger. History shows they have been the recipients of failed and dangerous vaccines before, as well as other medical experimentation. In fact, two French doctors recently recommended Africa be the testing ground for the COVID vaccines before Europe. Normally, this would smack of racism but only some black lives matter.

Money poured into Uganda for the first lockdown to help Uganda get through its hardship, but as usual the funds went into the pockets of the powerful. The country is bankrupt, and the government is likely using the high price of the vaccines to fill its pockets again.

Is there a variant? Yes, there are dozens with different demographics.

Does the new variant kill? Yes, its lethality appears to be the same as the original virus.

Are children specifically dying in large numbers from the variants? I don’t know. I wish I knew and could see the data. There are ‘cases’ of infections but that is all the media is reporting. Data on deaths are sparse to say the least.

Will children die from COVID? Yes, as in all pandemics, but more will die from another lockdown and eventually this population will be so weakened and starved it will die of a different coronavirus… the common cold.

Uganda Edges Toward Another Lockdown Holocaust

For months now I have dropped out of the FB banter of COVID. I have made very little difference by providing the truth, regardless of where it leads. But this last week Uganda was swallowed whole by the COVID debate again and its leadership may decide it can offer up a few more bodies to this holocaust. Uganda is edging toward another lockdown.

I have rarely seen the US news and only kept up on regional African and SE Asian news. Everything has been about the Indian variant. As per my usual mornings, I am awash in COVID data. There is true hysteria about the Indian variant since it is affecting younger adults and children. Schools are once again closing all over Southern and SE Asia, and now East Africa. The extent and duration of Uganda’s lockdown is unknown since Museveni failed to show up for his public announcement last night. We are relying on rumor which is never very useful.

Right now, the data for the Indian variant is muddled. Clearly the new variant also has a new demographic. Younger adults and children are being affected in much higher numbers. This is not unusual since every year other viruses like seasonal flu have a new demographic. But I have found little to no evidence showing that it is more lethal than the previous strain. In fact, some data point to higher infection rates but no increase in death. There are so many mutations and strains right now the number one concern is eventually a strain will emerge that is more infectious. However, there are many antidotal reports that show most new variants are weaker and far less dangerous. This is the natural history of most RNA viruses.

While updating myself this morning I found several scientific articles published and then censored because they were ‘misleading’. One study out of Johns Hopkins that was immediately deleted showed that the overall death rates in the US between 2019 and the COVID year of 2020. The researchers found by looking into the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s records from 2014 to 2020, COVID-19 was consistent with both seasonal and historical trends as there were only 11,292 more deaths in 2020 than in 2018. Although it reflected an increase, it is not as big as how people were made to believe. The total decrease in deaths by other causes almost exactly equals the increase in deaths by COVID-19." The censored researcher went on to say, “All of this points to no evidence that COVID-19 created any excess deaths. Total death numbers are not above what is normally expected. We found no evidence to the contrary.” In other words, all other causes of death went down while COVID deaths climbed. Several other researchers have braved the opportunity to be silenced by revealing similar findings. What we do know and what has been recently published is death by COVID numbers are grossly exaggerated.

This is unlike all other major pandemics where there was a spike in the death rate in an unusual demographic. Such was the case with the Spanish Flu where the young died within hours to days of contracting the virus. Under all circumstances, the elderly is more prone to death by the mere fact they die at a higher rate than younger demographics. Everyone noted, as cardiac events, stokes, and influenza death rates plummeted, COVID related deaths took the place of those deaths. Admittedly, there are real concerns in a country like Uganda. We have just emerged from an extremely punitive starvation lockdown as per the Developed World’s recommendation, that weakened and killed millions of children. The Indian variant may very well finally attack a readymade population of children that have a drastically reduced immune response. They may finally get their spike in deaths not because COVID would normally kill these kids, but because they were starved to death from the first wave.

What is certain is this justifies targeting the young for the COVID vaccine. There are worries in Uganda that children will not be allowed back into school until they are vaccinated. Currently Uganda has enough vaccine to cover 1% of its population. Museveni has decided to partner with China and has asked them to vaccinate Ugandans, even the young. China has nearly 20 vaccines at various stages of development. Sinovac is one of the few vaccines relying on traditional vaccinology, using a partial strand of inactivated COVID-19 virus rather than human mRNA or DNA. It has been available since the summer of 2020. If anyone can actually trust China at this juncture, this may be the safer vaccine available. What is worrisome is that its effectiveness varies widely from country to country. As with all other COVID vaccines, it was rushed through the process and met the most minimum of requirements to be used on an emergency basis.

But that is not new. That is the new standard.
